An ancient Chinese Traditional Medicine plant that grows well in our gardens. It flowers at the end of October giving bees and other beneficial insects a last opportunity for pollen and nectar before winter. The flowers are picked just as they open and made into a wonderful herbal tea. The tea is reported to have many health benefits.
