1 Plant in 4.5 inch deep pot 

Delicious, surprisingly long gourd from Sicily that is harvested 18 inches long or shorter and eaten like zucchini and used in delicious stews with tomatoes and potatoes. Vines grow up to 20 feet and gourds can grow to 3 feet or longer. And the best thing? They aren't impacted by squash bugs! Great for seed saving. 

LIGHT PREFERENCE: Full Sun (they will not tolerate any shade) 

PLANT SPACING: 12-24 inches, vines can be 20 feet long 

HARVEST: Best eaten when the fruit are fairly young! Pay attention because during the middle of the summer they grow very fast.
