Mexican Tarragon Plant
Mexican Tarragon Plant
One plant in 2.5 inch deep pot.
We use this plant as a substitute for French tarragon. It has a sweet licorice flavor excellent for salad dressing, sauces, and marinades. The edible, pretty, golden-yellow flowers bloom all summer. The flowers can be used to garnish for drinks and desserts. Thrives in warmer climates where French tarragon will not grow. Also known as sweet mace or Mexican Marigold Mint.
